I started Nasty Nelsons Gear to connect with other Pickleballers who love finding deals, laughing, sharing stories, and being informed about their favorite sport. NNG grew out of a love for playing Pickleball with my three adult children and the challenge of firing off a successful Nasty Nelson during a family match. Hit or miss, a Nasty Nelson is a game changer, and that's why we built this community of Pickleballers who love the sport.
That passion for the game is what drives the content. As a career consumer journalist, I bring 18 years of online shopping knowledge, product reviews and consumer advocacy to my content. I understand what Pickleballers actually need and want from their Pickleball gear: Affordability, Longevity and Performance.
